Forms and inquiries
ATX Classic collects the name, email address, and other details you choose to submit. Ticket-alert requests are used for event updates. Athlete, partnership, and general inquiries are used to review and respond to your request.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in the website’s hosted database for access by the site owner and authorized administrators. Hosting providers process data to operate the website. Do not submit payment details, identity documents, medical records, or other sensitive information.
Your choices
New ticket-alert subscribers receive a preference link on the confirmation screen that can remove their subscription. Keep that link private. To request access, correction, or deletion of information, use the contact form and identify the email address used. The team may need to verify your request.
Technical information
Forms use temporary, hashed network identifiers to limit automated abuse. These records expire after one hour and are cleared on subsequent form requests. The current site does not run advertising trackers. External links, fonts, and service providers may have their own privacy practices.
